Andrzej Rysiak graduated from the Jagiellonian University, Faculty of Law and Administration, with a Master's Degree in Law received in 1992, he also studied at the Bologna Centre of Johns Hopkins University, the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Bologna (Italy) and in 1991 earned a diploma in international studies; he also attended the Summer Course of English Legal Methods, Sydney Sussex College, Cambridge University (United Kingdom); he completed his legal counsel's training in Krakow in 1996 and in 1997 was entered in the list of legal counsels having received a very good exam grade; between 1993 - 1996 worked as a legal counsel's trainee and cooperated with Krzysztof Labe in his Individual Lawyer's Office, as well as in 'Kubas and Labe' Lawyer's Office; since 1996 partner in 'Labe and Partners' Legal Counsels' and Advocate's Office, General Partnership; since 2000 arbitrator in the Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Krakow.

He specialises in commercial contracts law, real estate law, and construction investments, as well as legal proceedings connected with the above mentioned areas of law.

Advocate Mirosław Wójcik
Mirosław Wójcik graduated from the Jagiellonian University, Faculty of Law and Administration, with a Master's Degree in Law received in 2001; in 2000 he completed an international law course at the University of Tilburg (Netherlands) and passed exams in the following subjects: Introduction to International Commercial Arbitration, Comparative Corporate Governance, The Future of Liability Law, The Application of European Community Law by National Courts; he completed his legal training in Kraków, and in 2007 was entered in the list of advocates; since 2001 he has worked with 'Labe and Partners' Legal Counsels' and Advocate's Office, General Partnership; he cooperates with the legal section of 'Wiadomości Gospodarcze' [Economy News], a magazine published by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Krakow.
Mirosław Wójcik specialises in providing legal services to entrepreneurs, and in particular to commercial law companies. His areas of expertise include financial instruments transactions and non-material property rights; he speaks fluent English.
